In order for a parent/guardian to have access to their student's billing statements and financial record the student must add the parent/guardian as an authorized user in TigerPay. Only the student can add a parent/guardian to their account. The student must login Banner Web and follow the steps below to add their parent/guardian to the account.
1. Log into TigerPay
2. Click your name on the left menu to open your profile
3. Scroll down to the section titled “Payers”
4. Click the “Send a Payer Invitation” link
5. Fill in the profile for the “payer invitation”
6. Click "Send Invitation"
7. Now the authorized user has been added to your profile
