To update your address, please log in to My Portal and click on the Banner Web app. Then follow the instructions below:
- Click on “Personal Information”
- Then click, “Update Address(es) and Phone(s)”
- Review the addresses and phone numbers for any required updates to information.
- Click on “Current” to make changes to the address profile requiring an update.
- Select “Type Address” from the drop down to provide a new type of mailing address (local, mailing, home, etc.)
Paper check refunds may take 7-10 business days to arrive at their destination.
